WE CHARGE A SPECIAL LOW FIXED RATE FOR BOTH REGISTERED OR EXPRESS POST- YOU CHOOSE AT THE CHECKOUT
NOTE: EXPRESS POST OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING SALE PERIODS

General Information

The prices listed are inclusive of Australian Government GST.

A delivery fee (send & return) will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and are subsequently cancelled.

If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute any item, we guarantee the substitution will be of equal or greater value and quality.

The majority of our items are handmade and are subject to stock being available. We will contact you prior to dispach should this situation occur.

Please Note that we are charged a redelivery fee if an incorrect delivery address is given. This redirection fee will be charged to the sender following notification so please be sure you have the correct address details when you place your order.

In all cases, your EJ Kids order will ONLY be dispatched once payment has been received by us. 'See Ordering and Payment for details.'

Regular Registered Post: A SPECIAL flat rate of $9.95* ((Incl. packing) Delivery within 1-6 business days depending on location) (* Australia Wide) and,

Express Post: $9.95 for Express Post ((Incl. packing) Delivery within 2 business days to all areas - within 1 business day to most metropolitan areas). (SPECIAL RATE AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS AUSTRALIA WIDE)

If the EJ Kids Item is NOT IN STOCK please add 7 additional business days to the postal delivery for the construction of the item(s).

Please note that the postage charges listed above are included in the online checkout total. Should there be any alteration to your postage charges, we will contact you (within 24 hours, Monday to Friday) by email to advise of the variance and wait for your approval before dispatching your purchase.

Delivery

EJ Kids delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post.

Most orders (i.e.: items that are IN STOCK, otherwise please allow 7 additional business days for garment construction) placed before 1pm will be dispatched that same business day. Any that are not shipped on the same day will be dispatched by the end of the following business day.

We ship via Regular Registered Post or Express Post and you can decide which you prefer to use at point of sale. We can deliver to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient’s address.

NOTE: EXPRESS POST OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING SALE PERIODS

Next Day Delivery: We recommend the use of Express Post if you want to receive your order within 48hours (if you are in the Express Post next day delivery network) or Registered Regular Post which will require your signature on delivery.
Both options can be tracked within Australia, should a problem arise.

International Air Mail (Postage including packing charges)

EJ Kids is based in Melbourne, Australia. We will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post Air Mail http://www.auspost.com.au. Please note that international shipping is not shown on the checkout total for overseas orders. This will be applied to your order after we receive it and is based on the charges listed below. We will contact you (within 24 hours, Monday to Friday) by email to advise of the actual cost of shipping before dispatching your purchase.

Please note that international freight is spot checked for security by our International Freight carriers and this may lead to an increase in delivery time if the package is held for additional investigation. Although rare, this occurrence is outside our control.
