Customize Your Order

Would you like an Emily-Jane garment tailored to perfectly fit your child?
This is possible by simply providing us with some basic information.

How to customize your order in 8 simple steps:

1. Contact us: Please contact us by email and provide us with the following information in order for us to customize your garment;
   
   
2. Item title: You will find this text in bold above the item description and to the right of the item picture.
   
   
3. Item style number: You will find this below the item description in pale grey font. E.g.: EJ000xxx.
   
   
4. What colour and fabric would you like: Please refer to the listed stock available for that garment. You will find this information to the right of the item description and item picture.
   
   
5. Size/Age: Your child's age and current clothes size. Please refer to our Sizing Chart for help.
   
   
6. Child's measurements in centimeters: Please provide us with the required measurements for the garment type, refer to table below to verify what measurements you need to give us;
   
   
   
   
7. Special requirements: E.G. Please advise us if your child is tall or short for her age OR should you require a particular garment to be longer or shorter than average (Refer to our sizing chart for help) please include the additional measurements here. (E.G. For dresses and skirts:- Waist to Knee, For Trousers:- Waist to Ankle (Outside Leg))
   
   Garment construction time: On receipt of your email order including payment, (providing all required information is provided to us), the construction time of your order will be 7 business days. This is in addition to the postal delivery time. (Refer to How to Order > Shipping and Delivery)
   
   
8. Payment: (Refer to How to Order > Ordering and Payment Options) Should you run into difficulty at any stage during the ordering/payment process you can contact us during office hours Mon-Fri AEST 09.00>17.00hrs on +61 (0)3 9016 3000.
   
   An additional charge of 20% on the original garments marked price will be added for all customised orders.
   
   To streamline the payment process we would like you at this stage to order and pay for the garment via the Emily-Jane website. In order to do this you will need to log back onto www.emilyjane.com.au to complete the order process. It’s easy just follow the 2 instructions below;(if your order is for international dispatch we will advise you of postage/shipping charges at this point).
   
   

• Locate the original item you ordered (You may use our 'Search' function to locate the garment at this point).
  
  
• Once you have located the correct garment and it is on screen; select the Place Order tab located to the right of the chosen item and follow the online ordering/payment process.
  
  
  When your order is ready, Emily-Jane clothing will contact you by email to advise you that the order is ready for dispatch.
